Digital Ad – Sundays Dog Nutrition – Spec

Background: Sundays provides dog owners with an alternative to fresh dog food – air-dried food made from all-natural, human-grade ingredients. Their nutrition is a convenient alternative to messy, fresh dog meals and is affordable in comparison. It’s better than regular kibble because it is not made with any preservatives, chemicals, additives, or second-grade ingredients. It promotes healthy, long lives.

Problem: I wrote this Spec ad to appeal to the family sector of Sundays’ target audience. They needed to be relatable and casual with a touch of humor.

Solution: Using a humorous tone, I appealed to target customers by humanizing the role that dogs play in their families and loading the copy with benefits. I also used popular language used by millenial dog lovers.
